Kernen Construction’s Fabrication/Field Maintenance Division provides quality workmanship for our clients. We maintain field crews for on site work to provide our customers with utmost convenience. Available trades include: welders, fitters, riggers, millwrights, mechanics and laborers. These crews have containerized portable equipment available as required.

Most of Kernen’s employees have been with us for over 3 years and are well experienced in their trades. All welders and other trades persons are required to complete competency testing on an annual basis and training for personnel is provided on an ongoing basis to ensure that up-to-date technologies are offered to our customers.

We provide fabrication for all types of plate and structural steel, tanks, piping and casings. Over the years we have become diversified in the types of products we provide using many different metals available today. These would include low carbon and HSLA steels, stainless steels, Hastelloy, Alloy 625, AISI 4130/8630 NQT, 904L, Aluminum etc, with the required certification standards and agencies.
